Welcome to Yoko Kelly (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a discovery call, downloading our complimentary ebook, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

SERVICES & BOOKINGS

Consultations: We offer a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to assess your styling or coaching needs. Booking requires providing accurate contact details.

Service Minimums & Rates:

  • Closet Cleanout: Booked as a day rate only (5-hour maximum).

  • Wardrobe Styling: Hourly rate applies, with a strict 3-hour minimum.

  • Curated Shopping: Hourly rate applies, with a 3.5-hour minimum (includes a 30-minute "Peek-A-View" of your existing closet). A minimum shopping budget of $3,000 is required for this service.

Coaching & Mentoring: Industry coaching and design education services are subject to separate independent agreements and timelines.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Because our services are highly personalized and require dedicated calendar blocks, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or a rescheduling fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the complimentary ebook layout—is the intellectual property of Yoko Kelly. You may download the free ebook for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content or materials from this site without explicit written permission.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & MATERIALS

For in-person services (such as Closet Cleanouts and Wardrobe Styling), clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment. For Curated Shopping, clients are responsible for the ultimate purchase cost of all selected apparel and accessories.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Yoko Kelly provides styling, closet curation, and professional coaching advice based on over 20 years of industry experience. However, we do not guarantee specific professional, commercial, or financial outcomes from our coaching services or ebook materials.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
